Dispatch

Usually goods are dispatched within 7 working days. If goods are out of stock then they will be dispatched in 28 days.  Unfortunately, as we import stock from abroad we may suffer delay beyond our control. If this happens you will be contacted by e-mail.

Kira products cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, employment or shipping or mailing companies.

Cancellation policy

Orders or items can be cancelled if they will be out of stock for longer then 28 days. .

To cancel your order, after delivery

You may cancel your order at any time either before or up to 7 days after,  by returning it to our registered office after contacting us on 0115 9734954 or e-mail kirapsychic@hotmail.com.

We believe you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but for any reason you  would like to return an item within 7 working days of receiving the delivery, just complete this simple process;

1. let us know your return reasons
2.  Return all items in accordance with our returns policy which is covered in the terms and conditions.
3.  Don’t forget to include the dispatch note.
4. Please use the royal mail when returning the package and keep proof of your purchase. We regret that kira products cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the post office, this is free. 
5. Goods must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original packaging.  If you cancel your order, either before or up to 7 days after the day of delivery, and have informed us by letter, email, or phone, we will refund all monies paid by you for the goods. ( but not delivery charges)

There are no refunds on services received by kira products the owner, affiliates, employees or other representative.

Returns policy for faulty goods

All goods are inspected of faults before delivery

If the goods you purchase are faulty we will offer an exchange or refund and appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.  Please contact our customer services team on 01159734954 to arrange for a replacement.

Please package all returns goods carefully and remember to include the delivery note in packaging.

Returns policy

All returns must be pre-notified.  Prior to returning any defective products. Please e-mail kirapsychic@hotmail.com with exchange; please include your order number, name and address and a brief explanation of the reason of your return.

Due to obvious health and hygiene implications with lingerie and goods, for goods to be returned the following terms must be met.

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are no refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you receive the order.
6. lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable
7. videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
